How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Presshonestly Concrete wants to treat everyone fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Presshonestly Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Presshonestly Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@presshonestly.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short note on what happened and what you hope we can do
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
